Terms of Service

By accessing this site or joining the GoHighLevel Kickstarter program — whether by upgrading your GoHighLevel account through our link or by joining the $297/month direct plan — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the program or submit a payment.

GoHighLevel Kickstarter is an educational program. It includes the Agency Kickstarter Course, a proven agency template, industry snapshots (including a real estate snapshot), a 30-day challenge and whitelabel suite, weekly group coaching, a 1-on-1 account setup call, sales training, and access to a private community with a 1-on-1 call with Vico. Everything we provide is educational content, templates and coaching — not a guarantee of any business outcome.

This program is designed for people who already have a GoHighLevel account. You are responsible for keeping your own GoHighLevel account in good standing. We do not control your GoHighLevel account, your billing with GoHighLevel, or the features available on your plan, and we're not responsible for changes GoHighLevel makes to its platform, pricing or policies.

You can get the bonuses in one of two ways:

• Option 1 — Upgrade your existing GoHighLevel account through our link. You pay GoHighLevel directly; we add nothing to your cost.
• Option 2 — If you can't upgrade (for example, you're already on the top plan or signed up under someone else), you can join directly for $297/month and receive the same bonuses.

Either option gives you access to the same materials and support described above.

If you choose Option 2, the $297/month plan is billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. It's month to month with no contract — you can cancel anytime from your billing settings, and you simply won't be charged for the following month. If you choose Option 1, your billing relationship is with GoHighLevel under its own terms, not with us.

Our refund policy is described in full on our Refund Policy page. In short: the $297/month plan is 14-day, 100% refundable, provided you've genuinely followed and implemented the course and snapshots. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course, templates and snapshots for your own business or for clients you directly serve. You may not resell, redistribute, license or publicly share the materials, in part or in full. Access is tied to you as an individual, not to a team or organization you may later share it with.

We share real examples of results from real students, but your results depend on your own effort, market, execution and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of revenue, clients or any specific outcome. Nothing on this site is a promise of earnings.

All course content, templates, snapshots, videos and materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. GoHighLevel and related marks are property of their respective owners; this program is independent and not endorsed by or affiliated with GoHighLevel beyond our partner/affiliate relationship.

You agree not to misuse the program, share your access, scrape or republish our content, use the materials to build a competing product, or use our community or coaching in a way that's abusive, unlawful or harassing. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you've breached these terms.

The program relies on third-party services — including GoHighLevel, our payment provider, video hosting, calendar booking and messaging tools — each governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are an independent GoHighLevel partner and may earn a commission when you upgrade through our link, at no extra cost to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the program is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party services outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
