If you join the $297/month plan and it's not for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No penalties, no questions to start — just email us and we'll process it. The 14 days are calendar days from the moment your payment clears.

What we ask in return

This is a results program, not a spectator product. To keep the guarantee fair, we ask that you actually follow and implement what's inside the course and snapshots — set up your account, follow the templates, and use the snapshots as intended. In short: give it a genuine go.

• Watch the Agency Kickstarter Course and set up your account along with it.
• Apply the Proven Agency Template and the industry snapshots to your setup.
• Attend at least one weekly group coaching call (or watch a replay).
• Show that you've made a real effort to implement the steps before requesting a refund.

Reviewed case by case

Every refund request is reviewed case by case. If we can see you've made a genuine effort and it still isn't working for you, we'll refund you — no drama. If we see the materials were barely opened, we may ask you to complete the steps above before approving the refund. Our goal is to support people who actually use the program, not to keep money from anyone who genuinely tried.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address you signed up with within 14 days of your purchase. Tell us a little about what you tried and what wasn't working. We'll review it and process your refund — usually within 5 business days of approval — back to your original payment method.

Outside the 14-day window

After 14 days, the plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings — you simply won't be charged again for the following month. Past the guarantee window, we don't issue refunds for partial months already billed, but we'll happily review exceptional circumstances case by case if you reach out.
